Weddings & Special Events

Our wedding and special event packages include the following for up to 200 guests:

  • Event time 12:00 Noon – 10:30 PM (vacate facility by midnight)
  • 2-hour rehearsal time within 3 days of event
  • 2 changing rooms
  • Ceremony site with theater-style seating for up to 200 (outdoor or indoor)
  • Cocktail reception space in welcome room and/or patio just outside of Main Hall
  • Main hall seating for up to 200 – Rounds of 8 and banquet chairs  
  • Six- and eight-foot tables for head tables, display tables and dessert bars
  • Complimentary access to house a/v equipment as available
  • Ample off-street complimentary parking
  • Access to commercial kitchen for finishing/staging for caterers
  • Portable bar (alcohol not included)
  • Set-up/tear-down of provided equipment
  • Services of a dedicated on-site coordinator/vendor liaison

Our clients are welcome to provide their own:

  • Licensed and insured caterer for food and beverage service
  • Alcohol served by either their caterer or a professional pour service

Required additions:

  • Event insurance
  • ABC licensing for resale of alcohol
  • Security for events of 100 people or more

Available for additional fees:

  • Linen for rounds, couture linen, chair covers and sashes
  • Cocktail tables/linen
  • Chivari Chairs
